Product Description

Rail-guided lifting freight elevator is a non-scissor hydraulic lifting mechanical equipment used for cargo transportation between floors of two or three-story industrial plants, restaurants, and hotels. The minimum height is 150-300mm, especially suitable for workplaces where pits cannot be excavated, and no upper suspension points are required. Various forms (single-column, double-column, four-column) are available. The equipment runs smoothly, is easy and reliable to operate, and provides economical and convenient cargo transportation.

Working Principle
The rail-guided lift uses a hydraulic cylinder direct-top method, using lifting chains to lift the load platform to the specified position. It has the function of a hydraulic elevator and can use a single or double hydraulic cylinder. The lifting frame, cargo platform, and guide rail are positioned in all directions through guide wheels to ensure the stability of the load platform.

1. Maximum load 15 tons, multi-point control, interlocked interaction between upper and lower floors, ensuring safe use;
2. High lifting height, using side-mounted oil cylinders or double-sided oil cylinders, smooth operation, low noise, easy maintenance, and long service life;
3. Manual descent in case of power failure, emergency stop button, convenient, quick, and practical;
4. The floor doors can be connected, and the inside and outside of the factory can be opened to each other, which is convenient and saves space;
5. Especially suitable for 2-6 story steel structure factories, usable both inside and outside;
6. The pump station uses imported pump stations. If the speed requirement is too high, an imported customized pump station is used to meet the ideal delivery requirements.
7. The oil cylinder and seals use imported components to solve the problems of unstable oil pressure and oil leakage in customer components.
