Grab cranes are hoisting machinery equipped with grabs, widely used in ports, docks, railway yards, mines, etc., for loading various bulk goods, logs, minerals, coal, sand and gravel, earth and stone, etc.
A grab crane is an automatic material handling machine. Its grabbing and unloading actions are controlled by the crane operator, requiring no auxiliary personnel.
