Product Description
Electro-Hydraulic Brakes are critical safety components in heavy machinery such as cranes, port machinery, and mining equipment, primarily used for achieving fast and smooth braking. Combining electric control and hydraulic transmission technology, they feature high braking force, fast response, and long lifespan, suitable for high-load, frequent start-stop operations.

Working Principle

Energized Release : When energized, the solenoid valve allows hydraulic oil to push the piston, compressing the spring and releasing the brake, allowing the equipment to operate freely.

Power-off Braking : After power failure, hydraulic pressure disappears, and spring force pushes the brake pads against the brake wheel, achieving rapid braking.

Adjustability : The braking torque and braking time can be adjusted through the hydraulic system to meet different operating conditions.
