A jib crane is equipped with a chain hoist (or wire rope hoist) at one end of the rotating jib for lifting goods or workpieces: a counterweight is set at the other end, rotating simultaneously with the crane arm to provide balance. This lifting equipment features a simple structure, convenient operation, flexibility, large working space, and wide applicability.
Wall-mounted jib cranes are special machinery used in mechanical manufacturing and assembly workshops. They utilize tracks installed on the walls of multi-story assembly workshops, moving along the walls to make full use of the workshop's spatial structure, saving production space and offering flexible operation. Wall-mounted cranes are divided into single-girder and double-girder types according to their main beam structure.
